February 20 - 3 miles!

After work I saw my favorite treadmill open and it was my first time at the gym on a Friday in about 6 months, so I figured I'd try it. I ran/walked 3 miles in 34 minutes, then biked for 10 minutes and did the elliptical for 15. I felt fine, and just ran slow (about 5.8 mph) and my HR only got up to 158. I've missed running and wished I could have run more...3 miles seems so skimpy now!
