Our sneakers are finally dry from Tuesday's run in the rain. Today was a bit of a drag - neither of us was really all that enthused about running, or even jogging for that matter. We managed to go 3 miles, but it wasn't speedy. We did get our heart rates up once when Caron jumped over a jumping cricket and Summer was unaware of what it was. Caron was also very excited that the city of Jacksonville finally cut the grass along the sidewalks that we run - a task that hasn't been done in quite some time, evident by the unusually long weeds that are so tall they are falling over onto the sidewalk, and brush our shins when we run.
