August 10

Did my "30-45 minutes of cross training" that's on today's schedule. (Cross train machine + spin class) Decided it'd be a good idea to get back to weekly yoga so went to the afternoon class and the instructor decided to do power yoga today instead of the typical vinyasa flow. It was great. She didn't do my favorite (pigeon) but we did some new stuff that was equally wonderful for my tired little legs. And I can fully touch my heels to the mat upon my first down dog. Could not do that when starting yoga!
