Outdoor running! We did 3.8 today and it felt pretty good. We ran the majority, and probably inserted 5 walk breaks in sporadically. I'd say it was one of our better runs. I think we'll be ready to face the big race in no time.
I ran my first marathon 2.15.09 after 30 weeks of training. (I also raised $1,500 for breast cancer research) This blog chronicles my racing adventures. Now I'm focusing on 1/2 marathons, and hope to complete my 10th by the end of 2010!
