Injury (??) number 1 - top of foot is hurting. Were running shoes too tight? Too much, too fast on the treadmill (Sunday 3.1 and Monday 1 mile?) already? Ugh.
I ran my first marathon 2.15.09 after 30 weeks of training. (I also raised $1,500 for breast cancer research) This blog chronicles my racing adventures. Now I'm focusing on 1/2 marathons, and hope to complete my 10th by the end of 2010!
